Would like to know if pest issues, basement leaks/flooding, and structures to the townhomes are in better condition now, or a band-aid (temperary) fix; from reading many positive and negative reviews. Price should reflect quality.
I gave it 5 solely based on how great maintenance is… yes they could’ve put a little more money in the remodels, but that’s a nether here nor there … let me take a minute to say that the maintenance team is remarkable! And then fix things in a timely manner… I’ve had several issues and each time maintenance fixed it immediately… even can during off hours… the office personnel is great but that it’s the maintenance team that shines… I’ve been here a year and signing another lease….
I love itttt here miss Daniela and miss Abby are amazing the best you can get they are wonderful. I recommend them is beautiful here
GREAT MAINTENANCE
The Maintenace team did an excellent job with the past snow we had. They always ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner.
