The maintenance is useless and I lost a lot of money.
If 0 stars was an option believe me I would give it a fat 0 . I applied from a two bedroom apartment on 13th of July I have since yet to receive an update on my application, whenever I call the phone that’s listed it’s always saying office is closed why would you have a number that doesn’t work. I’ve sent numerous emails about the application still nothing . I no only want to rent with you guys and seeing that no responded my application I would a refund for the application fee. We moved in 1/29/25. The process was smooth and easy. Mrs Gonzalez is very personable and professional. We have had a couple of maintenance requests that were handled quickly and professionally. We are enjoying our new spacious townhouse and my 16 year old loves his man cave in the basement. The few neighbors we have encountered have been very friendly and it is quiet. It was very nice that one of the maintenance crew was out clearing the side walks after the Valentine weekend snow fall.
IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!! Do NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!! They are filled with police everyday! The kids run the NEIGHBORHOOD. NO PARENTAL SUPERVISION!! The manager, Jessie, chooses favorites. Certain people can have “items in the window” and others cannot or they will be fined and contacted DAILY. SHOOTINGS, ROBBINGS, STABBINGS occur daily. The police basically patrol this area super heavy along with SWAT drones/ helicopters. It is like a MILITARY ZONE. Rent is way too expensive and EVERYTHING BREAKS…Repeatedly!... read more
Paying $1300 and seeing this every two days is crazy. Very overpriced.
