Lovely people, but not the spot to go if you have a longer beard and want to keep it. Said I wanted to keep the length, just shape it up. First pass she took 3/4” off. No going back. After a shower there were A LOT of long hairs left sticking out all over. Probably a great spot for regular haircuts and a cropped beard, but not so much if you want to keep it long
