Came out to give me a quote on replacing a shade. I got several quotes, but they are the only ones that also recommended getting it cleaned and repaired. The did have a good price on a new shade but the price to get it fixed and cleaned was a fraction of the price of a new one. Love the honesty and felt they had my best interests in mind not just selling me something.
I had bought blinds from 3day blinds and now they are not around. My blinds broke and I called around and had several people come out and look at them. Shade Specialties was the only ones that said they could fix them and not have to replace them with new blinds. They saved me
