Me and wife have been here twice and the food and the service have been good.
I've been coming here for years and I still have no complaints. Awesome management and great atmosphere! Thanks Shade!! My only complaint is the name change. ;-)
First time to Shades & the food was not good & the service was just as bad. I herd mixed reviews but both of us where very disappointed. The waitress didn't care how we felt.

I LIVE IN REYNOLDSBURG AND GO TO SHADES TWICE A WEEK BECAUSE LOVE THE PLACE. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD GREAT SERVICE AND THE WINGS ARE THE BEST IN THE STATE. MY FAMILY HAS HAD MOST OF THE ITEMS ON THE MENU AND HAVE HAD NO COMPLAINTS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

We love Shades! Best Wings! My husband says they have the best burgers in town. Our service is always great! We never go home hungry. Fun, casual, friendly atmosphere.
This doesn't even deserve a star however since I HAVE to give one it only gets one!!!!! I don't even know where to start, the hostess was awkward and un-inviting. She had us seat our self. The waitress came after siting 20 minutes to get our drinks, then waited another 10 to order. I had to get our own plates, napkins and silverware. We had send our food back twice and it still came out wrong, so we asked for check then left... Thank goodness Budweiser comes in a bottle or I am sure they would have gotten that wrong.... Best wings, ever! I highly recommend the Hoppin'. But if you aren't much for heat the garlic parm and Carolina yellow are really yummy, too!
