This place offered exactly what I needed- an excellent therapeutic massage and a calm an upscale atmosphere. . The staff was very accommodating, friendly. The woman working my muscles checked in at least a few times to see how I was feeling, if I needed more or less pressure, where I preferred to have the massage focused. I will definitely return here. The hour was 80.00 plus a tip of ten.
My favorite hair salon in Queens!. I'm so surprised someone said they had a bad experience. First of all, this is probably one of the most affordable high end salons in the city. I had partial highlights done for about $100, and the haircut about $70 too. They did an EXECELLENT job. The guy that cut my hair did it dry, and it's the best haircut I've had in the city. After many color nightmares, I went to Shade H Studio after my girlfriend recommended I try the salon. I was looking for a place in Astoria that was reasonable and professional and my friend is very particular and her hair always looked good so I decided to give the salon a try. Michelle understood right away what I was looking to do with my color and two hours later, I was the shade of blonde I love again! Thank you!
Bought a Groupon for this place and I couldn't have been happier with my purchase. From the minute you walk in you are welcomed as if you have been going there for years. Juan greeted me and he is awesome. Got my hair done by Michelle and it looks and feels fantastic! Will definitely be going back.
