I have lived at Shade for over 4 years and have been proud to call it my home. The management company (The Tipton Group) continues to update and beautify the property. Most-importantly, every member of management, the leasing team and maintenance team each consistently show they care. They truly have gone above and beyond in everything they do for the residents. My hats off to them once again!
This is a beautiful community with incredible management. Very professional and easy to work with. If you're looking for a community with responsive management and fantastic amenities, this is the place for you!
The moment I walked into the front office I was warmly greeted by Margie and besides the apartment being exactly what I was looking for and the price, Margie's upbeat, positive, can-do attitude sealed the deal for me! I love living here and enjoy all of my neighbors and the fact that I am just across the street from Desert Ridge, City North, and a 2 minute walk to Starbucks!
Beautiful community. AWESOME community manager and leasing consultant. Lynn and Sondra, I miss you BOTH!!! Oh, dog doo! Lol
