This is by far the most incompetent, unprofessional, and dishonest property management / ownership I’ve ever encountered. My garage was constantly blocked by other vehicles parked in front of it. The staff lied to me over and over again about what they were doing to combat the issue (I wasn’t the only one impacted by this). The lease states they tow for unauthorized parking, yet they refused to tow. They also kept my security deposit and tried to charge a bunch of additional fees not disclosed on the lease after moving out. ... read more

rude office staff was involved in an accident on Hayden pulled into the parking lot near office got out of the car bending over to check on my back touched my shoes then walked over to lean on wall to get some shade 108° probably then an office staff came out accusing me of looking in the car I was near and why I was leaning on it when I was never more then 4 ft from car at all times then he proceeded to check the vehicle making sure I didn't do anything to it RIDICULOUS MAYBE COME OUT ASKING IF EVERYONE INVOLVED WAS OK ? my friends had an accident today in front of your apartment complex instead of your on-site staff being compassionate and caring they came out and treated them with suspicion!!! I would not recommend a staff like that I do believe it's something that you should look into!! Just Awful!!!
RecommendedShade at Desert Ridge is a wonderful community to live in. I feel safe and very welcomed in this apartment complex! Firstly, the maintenance team does an outstanding job of quickly resolving maintenance requests within 24 hours. The maintenance team goes above and beyond to ensure that I feel comfortable in my apartment and in the complex. There have been several instances where I asked the maintenance team to hang up some photos for me or to install curtains and other items.
