Except for emergency situations, surgery is always a last resort and is pursued only after appropriate conservative management options have been exhausted.

Found Dr. B to be very caring and knowledgeable in his field. Had a very successful experience with him. Would return to him if the need ever came again.
While I felt the doctor had an adept understanding of his specialty, I highly suggest taking the day off if you plan on scheduling an appointment. So far I have had 2 appts, and have waited 2 hours to see him each time. Abhorrant scheduling practices.

I was extremly pleased with both Dr Bidiwala & his staff. He perfomred surgery on me on 03/01 and explained all the steps to me in terms I could understand. I was scared about the surgery and his manner was so gentle was very calming when I needed it so badly. I highly recommend him to anyone having thoughts of disc replacement surgery.
Dr. Bidiwala is by far the best nuero surgeon I have ever been to. He has a fabulous bedside manner, very knowledgeable, and answers all your questions. His staff is also fabulous! I would reccomend him to anyone in need of his specialty.
I am a cancer patient at the new Baylor Sammons Cancer Center.I lost my left lung to cancer last summer.I developed brain cancer this Spring.Dr. Bidiwala saved me from losing the function of my left side. I had a brain tumor that was threatening to paralyze me. We met in thr emergency room and he scheduled the surgery for the following Monday morning.
