Patients undergo a thorough workup and participate in a detailed discussion of their conditions and all available treatment options. Except for emergency situations, surgery is always a last resort and is pursued only after appropriate conservative management options have been exhausted.

Very knowledgeable super nice and really explained everything in layman terms, staff was very helpful and friendly and professional
Dr. Shaad Bidiwala is far and away the best doctor I have ever met and nothing I can say really does justice to the man: he is intelligent, a compassionate and caring person, and a truly outstanding doctor. I count myself lucky to have found him.
I was referred by my general practitioner. Dr. BIdiwala and his staff were professional, punctual, informative, and thorough with my diagnosis and treatment. The results of my treatment could not have gone better. I have to give a big 'thumbs up' on all counts. After years of lower back pain, I am pain free and most thankful to Dr Bidiwala for a new lease on life.
Dr. Bidiwala performed surgery on my neck in an emergency situation. He fixed my neck. He cares about his patients. He listens when you talk. He knows what he is doing. He is the best.
After suffering from a multitude of symptoms for years, Dr. Bidiwala performed a level three ACDF surgery. My symptoms are gone...completely. I feel better than I have in years. Dr. Bidiwala is kind, patient, brilliant and has an excellent sense of humor. His staff is extremely helpful and gets back with you promptly should you have any questions. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
He performed surgery on my Mom's neck and from the time we met him until 9 months later he was amazing! His staff Tiffany and Tammy and Lana were awesome. I am a nurse and I would highly recommend him. He also has a very good bedside manner.
He performed a brain tumor surgery on my brother last week and it he has probably done one of the top tumor surgeries in the US he is No 1 and my book thank you doc for being there for my family....
Dr. Bidiwala is incredible! The best doctor I have ever seen. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable, and I count myself blessed to have been referred to him. I had a C5-C6 and C6-C7 disc replacement due to spinal cord impingement causing severe numbness in my right hand and arm. As an artist, I had reached the point of despair because I could not work on a painting for more than 30 minutes at a time. Four months post-surgery, I just spent two 10-hour days painting with no problem. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Bidiwala.
When I was in a desperate situation with a rare disease that was worsening every day, my GP found Dr. Bidiwala. He and his staff worked quickly to get me in, even though it was a holiday week-end. He, his staff, and another doctor could not have been more efficient, kind,and caring--and selfless in giving up their holiday.
