I love my car wash in Broadview Heights James was very helpful and helping me pick a car wash that was right for my vehicle My black car shines beautigilly I also love the little sign when you’re coming out that says your name and thank you for the business
Rich (and the entire team!) provides invaluable customer service at this carwash! The facility is always clean, I have NEVER seen anything out of order or not functioning. I have never seen the trash overflow, or anything dirty. I especially appreciate all the amenities like compressed air, tire gage, floor mat sink/wash etc etc. Great location too right next to Dunkin!
Owen was absolutely incredible. What a nice young man who should be so proud of his work. He was so accommodating while helping me navigate through the best options for my car. Thank you Owen for your kindness and patience!
