This is a great place to get your car fixed. Very professional. They tell you pricing Before they do the work. They sent you a link so that you can watch the progress as well as comment on things being done to your car. I recently took my car in to have the cooling fan repaired and they fix the hood for free without being asked. It was such a great surprise because it has been bothering me for years. I would recommend this automotive company to anybody.
Had an appointment for Wednesday, dropped car off on Tuesday, By 5:00 on FRIDAY they still had not touched my vehicle….no phone call explaining delay, picked up car, will NEVER use this business again.
Honest hard working mechanics, this is the only auto repair shop I will send my daughters to. The A/C stopped working in my truck took it to them and they found a lose bolt that holds the A/C lines in place they very easily could have told me the pump went out but instead they tightened the line and recharge it save me about a thousand dollars, but the thing is I know I can trust them so I won't go anywhere else. 10/10 experience with these guys. Nate at SGT auto took care of of my truck earlier than what we thought was available. He texted me throughout the process and quoted me a price for part and labor and that's what it was when I picked it up. He even brought out the old part that was broken to explain to me what went wrong. This is where I'll be coming from now one. Thanks Nate and SGT auto!
SGT rocks! They truly are organic and fresh! This was my 3rd experience there but not the last because I will stop in every fall and spring! Kudos to Caden who figured out my problem quickly after I was towed in. Thanks to Nathan for getting me all set up for service as soon as the shop opened up Monday. And even though Cody moved to the tranmission side, we managed to get a little conversation in. Do not hesitate to place your trust in SGT!! Thanks guys!
