We’ve used SGM twice, and unfortunately our second experience was extremely disappointing. The first time, they flipped a machine in our yard, leaving fuel, holes, and damage—but we gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was just a bad day. We hired them again to remove two large trees. From the start, communication was poor.
