My insurance approved knee brace and still haven’t gotten it … it’s been over 2 months! CS is horrible. They are rude and it is difficult getting someone on the phone to speak with.
They don't answer their phone or return calls Wish I could give him a zero star. Optima healthcare has made them their primary equipment provider. Someone at Optima needs to be fired
My insurance approved an ankle brace for me. This place told me they had to approve it but this had been approved by my insurance weeks ago. They said they would call me weeks ago. No calls just promises of calls. I’m calling my insurance requesting a different provider.
They NEVER answer the phone. When calling a recording says if you would like a call back, punch 1. When this is done you get nowhere. My Orthodics were ordered last year and was told yesterday after driving to their facility because no one answers the phone. My shoes were ready and to come in tomorrow, which is now today.
