Great service. I have shipped my Household items with SFL, they have given me the best rates with the best service. I will definitely use this service again. It is very easy to ship all the items. I had a word with the sales agent and they schedule the pickup from my location and they delivered it without any delays. I highly recommend and would definitely use SFL worldwide again for shipping.

we have shipped with SFL worldwide from Illinois to Delhi. We got SFL Reference from our friend. We shipped TV and boxes. They were quick to send quotes, very responsive. Everything was packed by SFL and door-to-door shipping was too good, there was some delay in customs which is beyond SFL / anyone's hands. They gave 3-4 months but reached 4.5 months. But that is OKAY. We are fully satisfied with SFL Worldwide and the service they provided. Will recommend it to all our friends.

I am very happy with their service, they shipped my 65" Tv and 9 boxes and it was delivered in a proper manner. The sale agent has advised opting for wooden crating to avoid any kind of damages. I would like to thank SFL worldwide for delivering my boxes in proper condition. I just book the shipment and they gave proper tracking updates, India team are very responsive and I have requested them to hold my package for a month because I had to travel for work and they kept the boxes in the Mumbai warehouse till I confirmed them to deliver which they have connected the next day to my location. I will recommend and will use this service to ship again.
Extremely poor service. I sent two boxes from Boston, USA to India. They didn't update the status of my box for a month, then when I reached out they reported that they lost one box. When I already declared my box value to be $800 each (total $1600), they still said they will just give me $100 for the lost box. Later when I asked them to at least send my second box they said they have lost it too. For my international move from Bangalore, India to Houston, TX my original shipping company had used them as the US partner for moving as part of the door to door shipping. It was one of the worst moving experience (and having moved multiple times i know that no one is perfect in this industry - but this was by far the worst!) They charged me 100$ more than what was agreed upon and after paying all the money upfront they backed out from assembling the packed tables which was part of the written agreement.
