Wrost nail experience I’ve ever been to. Completely unprofessional — they cut my skin more than three times while busy talking to phone and didn’t even ask for first aid.the acrylic powder was not placed correctly and there is no apex properly. My nails look uneven, rushed, and sloppy. Waste of time and money, I definitely do not recommend this place. Judy does my nail always she is good at it . But today that lady mesh my whole nails . While the staff are nice and the services are decent. Their lack of communication is very unprofessional. If you schedule an appointment on line it is rarely responded to. If you call and they tell you to come in, when you arrive at the time you have been told to come, you are told that you need to wait 30 minutes to an hour more. I had an Appointment for me and my child and sister I called and I asked them if they can do our nails at the same time due to my child only being five years old I said anytime they can do. It will be fine. They reassured me that they would be able to do All of our nails at 1 PM when I came in they were packed.
