Really good therapist that helped my family but I had to remove 2 stars for the receptionist Darlene or Dorene. She is very rude when she responds to a question or comment doesn’t look up appointments properly hates to interact with people which is her job. They need the approval of the abuser before they'll offer services for the abused.
Didnt follow up often on scheduling. Not worth the wait when seeking help.
I would not recommend this agency to provide services for anything living or breathing. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful. A money pit and recording studios for abused children. One of the intake officers asked if I received Therapist suggestions from a school when the abuse has occurred at more than one school. Of course she asked this after pulling records up.
