I have had a very positive experience. When I went in to buy a machine, they very patiently showed me quite a few machines, they meticulously made sure I had everything I needed and I was thrilled they had a great selection. About a month later, I had an issue with my machine; tried to troubleshoot myself and decided to take it in. When I called to make an appointment to take it in, the lady quickly gave me a suggestion for how to fix the problem. It worked and saved me a 3 hr round trip to Amarillo. Could not be happier!
Extremely friendly staff who were very understanding with our endless questions. They have a HUGE variety of machines and accessories, and their knowledge of every machine was off the charts! We felt super comfortable with them and I'm so glad we were able to purchase our machine here. I look forward to stopping in every so often to see what new things they have!
I love the service I get from everyone there! I take lessons and classes there. Everyone is so helpful and friendly! Shout out to Janice, Jared, Gail S., Gail W. They are great teachers. Their products are great also! They made sure I knew how to use my machine before I took it home! I highly recommend them!
These ladies are my heroes today! I have an older machine and had lost a screw for it. I have looked for weeks in hardware stores and all types of stores. Today I came in and she looked through their old parts and we found a screw that looked similar to the one I needed. I tried it when I got home and it fit!! She was so gracious and helpful and didn’t even charge me. Thank you, thank you!!
They are great here, got my first non hand me down machine. I love it
