Incredible service, knowledge and helpfulness. This is the kind of business we need to keep IN business! Had a problem with a Janome sewing machine, took it in for tune-up, machine was fixed IMMEDIATELY and we walked out VERY HAPPY CAMPERS. These people know their business and are friendly and helpful with their customer service. Ignore big box, no service stores and ONLY shop with these people!

The customer service is awesome. My Mom had taken her old Elna to be fixed, and that prompted me finally to take my old Kenmore down. When I took mine down, I inquired if hers was ready, so that I could pick it up and save her the trip. Hers was not ready yet, but when hers was ready, they had mine ready, too! I was impressed that they remembered my inquiry, connected the dots, and scheduled the work on my machine to save me a trip to Santa Fe!
