extra work ManâBeyond Fantasticâ I had an emergency (water was pouring from my ceiling), they came out shortly after a phone call at midnight, fixed the problem within a short period of time and the bill was half of what any other company would have charged. y thanks; you guys are a real delight!
So Way OVER Priced ~ Watch Out Plano-ites I called to make an appointment and the service person was on time. Upon arrival I described the issue and he wrote up a quote for over $400. I signed the estimate thinking it would take him several hours to fix the issue. After 30 minutes he left, went to Home Depot to buy $30 worth of PVC and then spent 45 minutes making the repair. In other words MAKE SURE YOU ASK WHAT THE BILLING RATE IS FOR YOUR JOB. I got taken to the cleaners and will not recommend these guys to anyone.
