I had a seamless experience from start to finish. Craig was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He handled all communication with the insurance company for the repair, so I never had to worry about getting involved. The quality of the repair was outstanding, including the flawless blending of the triple-stage paint. Everything turned out better than I expected. I highly recommend them without reservation!

I recently had my 2024 Lexus repaired at Sewell Collision. Throughout the process, Randy kept me informed of the status of my repair, and was very responsive to messages. Even after the repair was completed--and it looks great!-- Randy still continued to help with a discrepancy with the rental car rate charged by Enterprise. Getting in an accident is never pleasant, but I very much appreciate Randy going above and beyond to help, even after the repair. Thank you!
