I recently had my 2024 Lexus repaired at Sewell Collision. Throughout the process, Randy kept me informed of the status of my repair, and was very responsive to messages. Even after the repair was completed--and it looks great!-- Randy still continued to help with a discrepancy with the rental car rate charged by Enterprise. Getting in an accident is never pleasant, but I very much appreciate Randy going above and beyond to help, even after the repair. Thank you!

I have been a customer for over 10 years now. I have never been treated so bad by any dealership/collision center that I have purchased a car through in my over my 40 years of buying cars. Bad communication!!! I can’t prove it, but I know without a doubt they miss handled my car and now it’s totaled!!!! A week before I get the information that it’s been totaled, I get an email from Sewell trying to sell me another car. So disappointed in this company that I truly believe believed in for many years. 🥹
I did not have a good experience with this repair shop. After getting a flat on the freeway, discovered several issues with my vehicle while looking for the spare tire. The spare tire bolt/holder was bent, I was missing my wheel lock, and there was a missing bolt that secures the brake line to the strut. My insurance covered over $20,000, but I still had to pay $2,297 out of pocket because their labor rates were higher than what my insurance allowed. chose this shop based on a recommendation from Lexus, and I regret it.
