We have been going there for years and recently we called to get our prescription. That we already paid for. They said they can only fax it and not email it. what is this 1995 ? It’s their red tape to not send your paid for prescription. I advise you to not go here.
The worst eye exam I’ve ever had. I’m a patient since long years, he was not like that before. For the last 4years I always had to call back to get my prescription complete. I was there on Nov 9, hoping to get better service but I was shocked. He put drops by mistake even I asked him at the beginning not to. Noted - Nov 2021: This optometrist center has very immature, irresponsible HR reps employed in their office! There's a particular mid-aged Black woman, the only one at the front counter, who is so ill-advised about customer service that it makes me wonder how she ever got her job! The first time I went my experience was not the greatest. I flet Dr. Obasuyi was very rushed but then again he had a lot of patient waiting in the waiting room. By the it's a small waiting room. Recently I went again and the experience was the same. The person doing sales of glasses is the worst. She only there for sales and not client satisfied. I will never purchase my glasses there. I will definitely be looking for another optometrist.
