We saw Lisa Matuga, she is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner that put my daughter at ease. She really heard our concerns and came up with a treatment plan that we felt good about. I highly recommend Dermatology Care of Charlotte!

I called at 9:04am on Monday the 18th to set appointment for my daughter I spoke to lady for 10min she gave me options for open appointments. I told her I would ask my daughter and call back. I called back at 9:22 and told lady I would like the 8:10am appointment at the Indian trail location with Dr. Grattan on Wednesday the 20th. I asked specifically to not see a PA we wanted to see Dr. we get here on time for Apt. And guess what the appointment was never set. I took my son for removal of a benign cyst, my mom for a suspicious mole which turned out to be an early stage melanoma, and myself for skin checks... they are very professional and friendly. I appreciate the care my family and I receive at all locations of this practice.
