Not truthful. Lied to me about my machine. Took my business elsewhere.
BEWARE when shopping at this store! The owner and employees are NOT honest or ethical. After purchasing an expensive Bernina, I ordered a part for my machine. After 3 weeks, I contacted the store several times where the employees informed me that they could not give me any information, since they did not have access to that information. I left my name and number for Susie to contact me and as of today, she has not called.
