Excellent doctor and amazing staff.
Excellent experience all around . Very personable , professional and really listened to my health concerns and needs. Provided me with a plan and referrals to address my health issues. Appointment was relaxed and not rushed . I’m so pleased to have finally found a Primary Care Physician that really cares about her patients . Staff was also excellent and very friendly .
Very patient office staff, doctor had good interpersonal skills. They are helping me with massive insurance problems that are at the corporate level and definitely not the provider level. Great people here. I recommend this office but make sure umass has your insurance in its system correctly. Apparently one part says I personally am covered and another says that my entire insurance plan is not. That's a u-mass medical and Harvard Pilgrim problem,
