I had a great experience from the doctor experience to picking out my new TIFFANY... I love them. I was so happy to be able to have choices and Tracy was so helpful in helping me look the best in my new glasses. I am first time user of progressive and I could not be happier...but I especially like my BLUE BOX I hope to get my husband to buying me the matching sunglasses 🕶 for Christmas! Thank you for great care

We went to Dr. Thayer in Lake Placid because he had great reviews from his patients. But now he is associated with Sevigny Associates Eye Care. The exam and choosing the glasses all went well. So they call this morning saying my husbands glasses are in, but not mine. Then the mail comes, they want to charge me a $40 copay for adding scratch proof coating that I did not ask for! My glasses were supposedly sent to Wauchula! Why would I go to Wauchula to pick up my glasses when I went to Lake Placid! NOT! Oh but the best part i... read more
