I have always been pleased with my visits. Not so much today. I arrived for my 9 am appointment. There were 2 other patients ahead of me. The first patient was called back one hour after his appointment time. Everyone's time is valuable!
RecommendedI always know when I go to this office that I am going to be treated very well. The staff is very respectful and courteous. Dr. Black is great, he explains things very well and takes the time to answer all of my questions.

RecommendedMy son got a piece of metal in his eye. I called Sami Jo at 8:30 on a Saturday night and she immediately had me set up to meet with Dr Russell first thing the next morning (Sunday). Dr Russell was very thorough and had the pieces of metal out in no time as well as the rust that she could see still around where the metal had been. I felt so much more comfortable with Dr Russell than going to the ER. We are so very thankful for Sami Jo and Dr Russell for being there when we needed them!
