Just walked in on a late Wednesday evening, following the advice of the concierge at our hotel. THIS PLACE AND THE FOOD ARE AWESOME. Chef Mike prepares Seviche like you never had before. The Tuna Tartar is a must have, as is the Fire and Ice Seviche, it just exploded in my mouth. However, the biggest reward is in letting Mike just put "something" in front of you. Great job by Mike!...he shucked the best oysters ever!!!.and our server Carl was the best!!..kind, fast, and lovely to deal with!!!..because of them, we will be back!..the food was great, but they made our experience exceptional!!!!..the staff made our experience!!..:)
