Amazing food, service and a wonderful atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed all of it.
Prompt valet service as usual and accommodating to disability. Good great as always. Server not so much. Asked about wine preference which response was we only have 1 by the glass so I showed her the 3 choices on the menu .... She was clueless. When asked about the "draft" wine.... Is it mitrogen infused.... Response..... It's like beer. Asked for bread after salad delivered.... Got it half way through the entree. We were the only other table in the restaurant.
Seviche never disappoints! We enjoyed the bar first and the bartenders were knowledgeable and friendly. Drinks were creative and well made. When our friends joined us we moved to a table and had a lovely meal. Flavors abound and the attention to detail is evident. Truly one of the best restaurants in Louisville.
Amazing service, delicious food, and an amazing atmosphere. This restaurant is without a doubt one of the greatest I have been to. I would and will always recommend this restaurant to my friends.
Best restaurant in the Southeast region! Fresh sustainable seafood, savory marinated skirt steaks, all collide in this all around Latin fusion that will leave you craving the return before you've left!
