This is one of my favorite restaurants. The bar staff, hostess, management and Chef Lamas are always super nice. The sea scallops in the lemon-asparagus risotto with goat cheese is fabulous. As always, I had to get their avocado ice cream dessert, as it is so fun and yummy. I am never disappointed but utterly satisfied every time I visit Seviche.
Tastey, but pricey. Great atmosphere. Service was fair.
We love the creative cuisine at Seviche Restaurant!! The dinner and a movie evenings are so fun. If you live in Louisville you probably already know about this gem and if you are from out of town this place is one not to miss on your travels.

We've eaten at Seviche many times and returned last night for an enjoyable meal. My favorites are the crab seviche, halibut w/crab cigar, and no meal is complete without avocado ice cream. Who doesn't love half price bottles of wine on Sunday! Chris was our server and he did an excellent job. Thank you.
I have been a patron as of the first day. Chris was our server and he was amazing under the pressure. The food as always was on point. The heat was crazy outside so water was kept up great . I highly suggest the Prime Filet it wad cooked perfectly.
