We are frequent patrons of the Louisville dining scene. We love great cuisine. And, Louisville has so many options. We decided to return to one of our favorite restaurants tonight. But, much to our dismay, we were greeted at 9:25 pm by the hostess informing us that the kitchen was closed. Needless to say, this was disheartening. We frequently have dinner at comparable restaurants like Varanese and The Uptown on the weekends at 9:25 pm. I hope Anthony Lamas takes note.
Second time dining here and totally impressed with the consistency year over year. Seviche's guacamole and skirt steak are the best I've ever had. Great atmosphere, drinks and wine list too. Highly recommend Sevichi and looking forward to returning again the next time I'm in Louisville.
Very disappointed with food and service. Waiter was rude, empanadas were overcooked and so salty it was difficult to swallow, the grilled Caesar salad was so spicey hot there was no flavor except hot....NO quality, NO flavor, NO fragrance...we expressed this to the waiter and he did nothing but say "that's just how it is"....the chef was not informed and we were left.
