Don't buy property of these people manage it. Complaint file with the BBB. They're awful. I've called 17 times and left 17 voicemails (if the mailbox wasn't "full" and was capable of recording a message) with Horizons II at Stonebridge Village Property Manager, John, and the contact he provided me while on property: Tina Edwards. John's voicemail greeting, since January 2017, is him saying he's "currently in a meeting", and is too full to leave a message. I have not had a single call or email returned. Not one.
