Great Place To Call Your First Home away from Home It’s right by WSU, which is a great place to get your steps in the morning. They have an awesome gym, and pools that they properly take care of. When the leasing office provides snacks or a meal it’s so refreshing. The community parties are so much fun as well. My best friends live here too and it’s just such a nice and welcoming community. Great Place to Live Honestly, Seventeenth is a great complex to live in because it’s very safe and people never bother you or cause too much noise. And the rooms have both washers AND dryers!!! 10/10!

Amazing place I have lived here for 2 years now and I absolutely love it. It was rocky when I first came here but they have gotten some new management recently and a lot more workers. It used to be we had to wait forever, but now anytime we need anything done, they are right on it. They do fun activities for the holidays and little things in between. You can tell that they care about their residents. 100% recommend especially for the college students. I love living here.

New apartments, rented by the bedroom, cheap rent Incredible bargain for what you get. Rent is by the bedroom so don't have to worry about flaky roommates. Maintenance is fast and friendly. Management has been very flexible with lease terms. Absolutely don't have a bad thing to say
WARNING: DO NOT LIVE HERE. UNSAFE. UNREPSONSIVE. STAY AWAY! WARNING: DO NOT LIVE HERE. The neighborhood is very unsafe and the cedar mills management do nothing to improve the safety of the complex. My car was broken into three times along with other people living at the apartment; windows shattered and belongings STOLEN. The management didn't do anything about it the first two times and on the third time they said they would install cameras around the property.
