This complex has the potential to be a great living community. Unfortunately the poor management over shines its architectural beauty. I believe our property manager is Ashley R. This complex is stunning and attracts a very particular crowd, that are not accepting of other nationalities. This location is mismanaged to put it gently. We're very happy with our apartment. Just renewed for the second time. The building is well maintained by a friendly, competent and conscientious crew. The property manager is very responsive and stays on top of things. The company that owns the building has a reputation for being a good corporate citizen, and this building and its operation is part of the reason why.
I give one satar because of there is no 0 choice. The management really exand my view. I never heard a consumer spend his money to buy a trouble annoying himself! The following is the real information which i spend $25 non-refundable application fee to share. The application has incredible and unreasonable requirement such as $95,100 USD bank statement for only 12 moth leasing. I have been living at 727 for nearly 4 years. It's awesome. The maintenance staff keeps the bldg in terrific state of cleanliness. Tha location is tremendous. Near restaurants and terrific entertainment that is all in walking distance. I have never been disappointed.
