We lived here for 1 year - in one of the affordable housing unit. We were plagued with pill bugs despite them spraying the perimeter and us putting powdered deterrents all over the place. We before our lease ended because the unit smelled and because of the bugs. Otherwise, beautiful place. Maybe if you pay full price you won't have this problem.
I'm glad my wife Sandy did her homework. We went to look at Arborpoint Apartments at Seven Springs in Burlington in the fall. Rachael showed us a couple of 2 bedroom apartments with two baths and we really liked the corner unit. We were surprised on how clean everything was. Rachael said it's because they have a great management team. After living here since January, Rachael has been very helpful and all the common areas are well maintained and the management starting with Karen is exceptional.
