RecommendedI have lived here for 4 years, and I (clearly) enjoy my apartment home and the property at Seven Springs lane. I have changed apartments during my time (staff we very accommodating when I did) and I use the many wonderful pluses (Pool, work out facility, dry clean pickup, package receipt) the complex has to offer. I also walk the grounds and trails for exercise. About three years ago, I had a major seizure and I was returning from New Hampshire with a suitcase in hand. That was the day when the roadway was blocked off as it was being sealed. I was unable to walk to my apartment located at the top of the hill. I went to the front office and the Property Manager recognized the dilemma and drove me, in a golf cart, to my door and I was able to safely return home. We (my boyfriend and I) absolutely adore the Seven Springs Community. The staff are incredibly helpful and eager to make the residents feel comfortable. The property is beautiful and well maintained - the pool, clubhouse, gym, fire pits, and grounds and the look and feel of a resort. It seems like every month there is a reason to celebrate - with monthly COBU events, new or improved amenities, and festive decor around the property. Thanks for making Seven Springs a HOME!
Beautiful town home and great walking paths for my dog and maintenance crew is amazing
I love living at Seven Springs apartments. We have a Clean and safe and beautiful area. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The gym is perfect. The computer room is quiet for studying and reading. We have great events throughout the year.
Excellent neighbourhood, very responsive, highly professional )and also friendly) management, excellent services, great maintainance, gorgeous landscaping, gardening, excellent snow removal, fabolous pool/club house/gym, fun community events, great neighbors, great community, never had pest control issues, always clean, no noise issues, (either very good sound isolation or very respectful neighbors), quite peaceful
We moved here 12 years ago and have been Loving it ever since!
Gorgeous property.
Love it here. But there is certainly a major Canada geese issue. I’m sure other residents agree they have to have a deterrent plan that gets some results. Tired of dodging poop and stepping in it at night.
