I bought an above ground pool off this company because the website looked really legit and the reviews were good (later reading that most of the reviews are for hot tubs). Turn your back yard into a paradise kinda feel from the website. This install was far from it. I was told that, you only get that from hot tubs and inground pools. They drove their skid steer on my concrete pad and left track marks. Once they start digging it will get done fast, but that is about it. We had a very positive experience with Seven Seas Pools & Spas. Lexie and the staff were extremely helpful when an issue arose with our pool equipment. Their customer service was top-notch, and they were quick to assist and ensure everything was taken care of. We truly appreciated their professionalism and support, and would highly recommend Seven Seas to anyone looking for excellent service and knowledgeable staff.
Always great service. They don’t try to over sell us on chemicals we don’t need and always get our pool crystal clear. Only place I go.
John was a great help in providing me with all of my spa chemicals and answering any questions.
