Known and lived here since2005- one of the best of the best kept secrets here in Lee County- greatest place to live within 250 miles around that Ive known in my 55 years in the State of Florida.
This is our 2nd winter staying in this 55 and over gated community. Moderately priced with a lot of amenities. Golf ⛳️ and golf cart and tennis 🎾 and pickleball included with rental. Everything is nice, close to shopping 🛍, restaurants, theaters. Very secure safe community, accessible only with barcode on vehicle or notification to the gate when our guests visit. We're like two kids in a toy store!!
My mom's condo was destroyed in the hurricane and is unlivable, but they are still making her pay the monthly maintenance fees. No one from Seven Lakes has contacted her to see if she is alive, hospitalized, or showing any concern for her. Very disappointed in their lack of care for her or her property.
Beautifully landscaped and maintained 55+ golf club community in Ft. Myers. Primarily 3 story condo buildings dating from the late 1970's to the early 2000s. All are nicely maintained with exteriors painted in eggshell and pale olive with many units including a large enclosed terrace overlooking the grounds and an updated golf course meandering around the buildings in a lushly landscaped, south Florida sub-tropical setting.
