Drinks were good just sucks that they treated us like crap. We got the only booth they have there. We were sitting there for about hour drinking when we were told that we had to leave from that booth because it was reserve. It was about 1030pm. Who reserves a table that late ?! Anywho we got up and as my brother, his wife, my wife and I closed our tabs to leave I can see one of the white dudes that was going to sit there smirk at us. It was humiliating. THE best cozy place to have almost any brand/type of brown liquor you can imagine (& a few you didn't know even existed). They have possibly the best selection of worldwide whisk(e)y on the West coast if not in the entire USA. Been coming here almost since they opened - my favorite bar in all L.A.!
Awesome place if you like whisky. Order the vieux carre. It’s a old fashion on steroid!
...we always enjoy our time here...the atmosphere is amazing, the selection of bourbons is incredible and the overall experience always make for a memorable time...don’t be in a rush, take your time and take it all in, ask questions of the bartenders, explore...
Great Happy hour drinks and prices. Gold Rush is a must. Relaxed ambiance.
