They are refusing to give me a refund on a laser treatment package I purchased. The receipt given states that a refund will be given if I'm not happy with the service. I was told that Dr. Setty has consulted with an attorney and that the receipt "will not hold up in court." What ever happened to taking the legality out of things and just doing what is right? The way this practice is operating, they should be ashamed of themselves. I would not ever recommend anyone doing business with them.

Dr Selagamsetty was my primary physician since 1988. I cannot praise her enough. She got to know me throughout most of my adult life. She remembers my family members, my medical issues through the years. She knew me so well she could answer most of my questions before i asked them. I recently moved and it is with great reluctance that I need to find a new primary physician and they will have some large shoes to fill.

She really listens to what your symptoms are and will say what is needed to actually diagnose the problem and help resolve it. She is not scared to say that she doesn't know something but is more determined in finding out what is really wrong and helping fix the problem. I really believe that she CARES about her patients. I've only had great experiences with this doctor!
