Dr. Setty and the P.A. are wonderful. The staff is horrible. There is no follow through with orders (referrals, prescriptions, etc) You need to call and call and call and then insist on picking them up from the office so you can deliver them yourself. Messages are not passed on to the Doctor, and you rarely get a call back. Their computer system is 20 years old so everything is done by hand and via Fax.
I have been a patient of Doctor Setty for 7 years. On average, you can expect to wait at least 30 minutes to an hour for your actual appt. Over those 7 years, she has become increasing belligerant, has gone ballistic/unhinged during my appt. lied to me about certain medicare issues, slandered me in front of my wife, and has questioned my ability to raise my own grand children. Dr. Setty is an amazing individual. She is kind, respectful, very caring about how you feel and what is happening with you. She will take the time to listen to your issues and make sure she understands. I cannot say enough words to express what a wonderful doctor she is. You are in for one of the best experiences you will ever encounter with a doctor. Thank you Doctor Setty. You have been a Blessing for our family.
She has been caring and a very professional person. She had treated me and my whole family in the years I have been with her . I have been with her since 1988. In that office the personal work great together . They are very professional on the job.
My experience was bad ,very bad,i called looking for a new doctor,i was told that i needed to go in person to fill out paperwork,when i showed , i was greeted in the most rude,awful manner i have ever experienced in my whole entire life.,what ever happened to the gracious ,polite,educated people that used to work at Dr's offices???? IF I COULD GIVE - 5 STARS I WOULD.
An amazing doctor who genuinely cares about her patients.
I have 2 life-threatening illnesses. I am supposed to see the doctor every 3 months, but instead, I see a nurse. How is the doctor following my condition when she gets it second-hand from a nurse?
Loved the entire staff I worked with on my first visit. Dr. Setti was very professional & understood all my health issues. She has a wonderful sense of humor & pleasant bed side manner. Her staff is remarkable and they are very good with follow up. Would highly recommend....??
I’ve known dr. Setty as my personnal physician since 1990 and I can always count on her assessments and diagnosis... is very friendly and spends time to explain every problem and proposed solution ... has recommended top physicians in her referrals.... to put it in a nutshell, she works long and hard for the health of her patients and I highly recommend her.
