We ended up getting there a few minutes before 11:30 with no expectations to be given the tour right away as we knew that we were early. There was noone in the office and a sign on the door saying they would be back at 12:05. We had a very disappointing experience with the leasing consultant Brianna Espinoza during our apartment tour on May 2. We waited nearly 20 minutes for our scheduled tour while she was busy with someone else, which is understandable at times, but what was frustrating was the complete lack of apology or professionalism. When I expressed my disappointment about the delay, her response came across as rude and dismissive, almost like she didn’t care about the customer experience at all.
