I lived at a this apartment complex for 3 years. I gave them a two star rating for my first and last experiences with the mcgrath office. 1. They forgot our move in date, and I had to call the emergency maintenance number to get our keys. 2. When our last lease came up for renewal we told them we were in the process of trying to buy a house. During that time they continued to pressure us to sign our new lease (which would have been lease #4). Large apartments and an incredible location very close to the capital square. Relatively quiet building; I happened to have an apartment next to the front door and elevator which naturally created more noise (I would avoid a unit next to the elevator if you can). Quick turnaround maintenance and attentive property management staff. Overall a very nice building and reasonably priced for downtown Madison.
