They took care of me quickly and were very professional. You shouldn't have to worry when you are having a medical issue and they made sure I had nothing to worry about. They managed my pain quickly and correctly diagnosed my issue and referred me to the appropriate specialist. I would recommend them to everyone who needs and ER. I would discourage people from going to St David's in Bastrop and have them travel just a little farther down 71 to the Seton Smithville ER. THANK YOU!!!
Great staff. Quick response to get my husband's allergic reaction under control. Kept us well informed throughout the ordeal.
Staff was wonderful and we were in and out I wouldn't say I loved having to go, but the service was very good and friendly.
We seton diagnostic center in bastrop have the most amazing team ever. Thank you Becca, Teche, Becky, deanna, Tanya, Andrea for your dedication and hard work and for always going above and beyond our job expectations in making our Patients feel at home. The intake guy was extremely rude and snappy with me even though I was having trouble forming complete sentences due to how ill I was, but other than that the staff was great. The doctor that saw me was professional and prompt in seeing me. I left feeling a lot better with a much better idea as to what to do to prevent myself from getting that sick again. Turns out I have a potassium deficiency that was causing lots of problems.
Love working here. Been a patient here as well. Best service ever!
