The staff who answer the phones are particularly helpful, especially Matt. Unfortunately, I can't say that the group therapists have the same professionalism and passion for helping. That said, I have only experience with one group for DBT and one therapist. In my all of my experiences in therapy, I have never been kicked out of a group for crying (for crying only a few seconds---before getting kicked out of the Zoom group). Went in for an abscess and they diagnosed (without tests) cellulitis and gave me only four days of low-level antibiotics, and cut the abscess open. Jokes on them. I had MRSA. Ended up needing 3 additional weeks of antibiotics for the untreated infection that spread, a full flush and drain of the abscess, daily draining after they seriously botched a simple cut, and spent weeks decontaminating my house. Just spent several days here. Everyone from the ER then being admitted, including all the Nurses, Doctors, X-ray techs, respiratory techs, food services, and housekeeping and anyone I may have forgotten were wonderful. They were all attentive and responsive. Food was amazing. Would recommend them highly. Thank you all and Happy Thanksgiving.

Took great care of my father & quickly identified what was wrong with him. Caring staff. One of the best hospital experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you!

I love seton. But a few days ago I brought my son with all signs of step throat. The doctor sent us home with flu medicine even tho his flu test came back negative. I'm very disappointed.
