If there were a rating of negative stars Seton would have the most. My father was sent to their ER twice (Jan. 2014 & mid-April 2014) because he fell at his care home so badly he cut his head necessitating stitches. Both times the service (i.e. nurses & MRI techs.) were impatient and rude. The second (and final time thankfully as we moved him to another care home in our county) visit to the ER (with an admittance of two nights) was the worst of the two visits.
