I had a situation, and a bill arrived 10 days later for $5750+/-, got that bill ten days after my visit. Have asked them three times over 3 months to send the itemized listing of the statement, and they keep saying "we're mailing it out it will be there in 8-10 days" and still no itemized bill!
Seton has the worst customer service. It took two weeks for a supervisor to return a call. Another two weeks and I still do not have the receipt showing they were paid in full and the lien was dismissed. Yet within 24 hours or service they had that lien initiated and invoices sent wanting their overcharged services paid. No wonder people hate going to the hospital.
