NOT impressed with Seton Main. It took over 6 hours to discharge my sister after a very serious surgery and once they did it was after midnight! They refused to let her stay until morning. Also, the ICU nurse didn't respond to the infiltrated iv site, hours later when moved to a room the nurse immediately removed it and tried to find a new site. There were numerous other complaints I can mention. very disappointed
ive been to many hospitals in many states, & have NEVER recieved the great care i had gotten at seton williamson. the staff went above & beyond to make me comfortable, & also my family. i received follow up calls after my ER visit & also my 2 hospital stays. they also called me a couple days before my surgery to check if i had any questions or needed assistance with anything.i felt like i was the only patient there! i cant say enough wonderful things about every staff member here & also at seton heart in round rock!!!!!!
