I called this dealership about a ***** Equinox, I talked to a lady named *****, she told me to come on in and she would make it happen. I get there and I get passed off to a guy ***** *******, he asked about my trade in, then took my keys so he could have someone look at my pick up. Mean while he drives around a ***** Colorado, with extreme hail damage, it looked lik it came straight from a mud Bogg, every warning light on the dash was on, and he asked me to test drive it. *DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP* We purchased a Lincoln Navigator from this lot on February 20th, the next day on February 21st I texted the finance guy Ken and our salesman Michael letting them know there was an overwhelming oil burning smell and it needed to be looked at. This business had my Camaro from November until March. They said the high pressure fuel pump was bad so I told them to go ahead and fix it. They replaced the fuel pump and then said it stated but would die if not hooked to the computer so it meant the *** was bad. I told them to fix it. They got the *** and then told me the timing chains broke ruining the engine and wanted to charge me $16,000 for a new engine.
