RecommendedCaring and compassionate people. Lost count how many times I've been there now, and I cannot think of a single instance when anyone at MDA wasn't awesome. Ringing that bell was a highlight.
So far the one doctor we have seen and his staff have been good. It’s the imaging department that is unhelpful and unacceptable. Appointment scheduled for 10:30a by the doctor’s nurse for an image needed for a 11a appointment with the doctor. 11:20a and STILL sitting here waiting to be called back for the x-ray. No one seems to know what is going on and shows absolutely no interest in getting it corrected. Can’t at this point recommend this facility because can’t get past imaging. I do not recommend MD Anderson, they fired the dr that caused my cancer to spread, as soon as my signs are finished I will be driving around town with signs that say what that woman did to me, don’t reach out to me. You had your chance to make things right, you failed, now it’s my turn!

I have received amazing care from the team at Baptist. one thing that really needs to be looked in to is blinds for the infusion center with all the pods. this area gets really hot and was truthfully my only discomfort in all of my treatment. I hope this gets looked in to for the comfort if other patients going forward!
Love the staff and the facility. I feel at peace while there for radiation!
This hospital is the best. Just had surgery for Endometrial Cancer. EVERYONE, FROM NURSES, DOCTORS AND STAFF, NOTHING BUT TOP NOTCH. They took away all my fears and hopefully my cancer. So grateful to be able to have these people take care of me.
We love what we do here and our patients. Special place right here in Jacksonville.
I am Breast cancer patient and if it wasn't for the staff and Doctors. I am not sure what I would have done with out there support. They gave me back my life. I am grateful for everything they have done for me. when I crying they gave me a hug and told me it would be alright. MD Anderson is my rock.
