Went for a routine mammogram. 3 suspect areas located... Sonogram performed, happy to say all is well... I'm thankful I won't have to go in every six months like most places. Everyone was so pleasant... Almost make me look forward to my routine exam next year.
I don't know who makes the hiring decisions here, but they really put the right people in the right places. I love the fact that Dee is in the photo above -- a perfect example of the right person in the right place. I think I've been treated in almost every area of the building and I have yet to encounter anyone, doing any job, who was not endowed with remarkable grace, expertise, compassion, and even humor. Every time I arrive for my appointments, they know me by my name and welcome me with smiles. I feel as if I am there only patient, when I am there. All of the staff has so much love to give. The nurses and doctors, take great pride in making sure you are taken care of. Talk about one awesome team to have. I wish I could give higher than a 5. If so I would rate them a 100%
best place to be when you're a cancer survivor! definitely reassuring! never easy to say the "c" word but this is where you want to be.
